IMPORTANT NOTE! The personalisation of these cups uses permanent vinyl, a durable material that is suitable for hand washing only (avoid scrubbing hard, instead use gentle washing on the outside).

The item is not dishwasher safe and should only be carefully hand washed.

Avoid soaking or submerging the outside of the cup as it could end up with the design coming off.

Try to avoid soaking or submerging the lid and let it dry fully before storing, as it is bamboo and can cause mould if it has too much moisture.
